Order Processing

Your order will be carefully packed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Upon purchase, expect a confirmation email, followed by a shipping email with a tracking number once your items are dispatched.

Domestic Shipping only

We dispatch orders from VICTORIA, AUSTRALIA to all cities across the country through Australia Post. 

Standard	2 - 6 business days	$10
Express	1 - 3 business days	$15

 

We ship with Australia Post, you will receive email updates on your parcels progress as well as a reminder the day your parcel is due to arrive. It will also require a signature on delivery. Your shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Please be mindful that Australia is a remote country and therefore shipping charges are high for us. We absorb some of those shipping costs for your order to try and reduce the shipping fee.

Shipping times are only an estimate. Asyira Co takes no responsibility if actual shipping time differs from that stated. 

 

Return to sender

Asyira Co does not take responsibility for uncollected parcels that are returned to sender, or incorrect addresses that are returned to sender. If the parcel is returned to us, the cost to have the parcel reshipped will be at the customers expense. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received FREE shipping on your order and decide to return/refund your items, you will be refunded the order amount minus the actual cost for shipping.
